As a Transaction Coordinator we are responsible for managing and overseeing the transaction process from start to finish. We audit each file, open escrow, schedule inspections, assist with disclosures, communicate will all parties involved, and anyone else involved in the transaction on your behalf.
When you use a TC you free up your time that would have otherwise been spent on paperwork to do the things that matter.

DO I STILL HAVE CONTROL OVER MY TRANSACTIONS?
Of course! You will always have 24/7 access to all your files as well as full control over your contracts and clients. You are welcome to jump in and out at anytime.
We control the process, while you and your clients control the decisions. We are always sure to include you in all correspondences so you will always know what is happening.
In addition, we also send you weekly reports to stay ahead of the game.
